Love the shoes, terrible customer service! I've been waiting on the to restock the royal blue Wally Sox Fans when they restocked I snagged a pair in my size (all sizes were available at the time I grabbed them) I got my order confirmation as soon as the order was placed. A week went by and I hadn't received any other emails or shipping notices so I reached out to their customer service department. Within 10 minutes as sending my email, I get another order confirmation email from HEY DUDE. A little bit later, I then receive a gift card stating they were sorry but they were now out of stock! WELL OF COURSE YOU WERE BECAUSE YOU TRIED TO PROCESS MY ORDER A WEEK LATE! I told them I didn't want the gift card, I wanted to shoes sent to me when they restocked because this was their error. They then cancelled the gift card and refunded the money to my credit card. When asked why, they said it was because i said I didn't want the gift card! So now, I have to wait for the refund to process on my credit card (which freaking takes forever) and in the meantime, if they restock, I have no way to purchase! It's a shame that such a great shoe has such horrible customer service and business practices!!!

Horrible customer service. They lie about delivery dates and blame shipper, shipper blamed hey dude. Either way, not my problem. I paid. Will never buy anything from this garbage company. I want to like them but I just can't

I own Three pairs of hey dude shoes. All three were purchased within a month of each other, with the oldest pair being purchased on March 20, 2021. Following their directions on how to wash the shoes on cold delicate cycle, I had one pair fall apart in the washer. The top stitching came apart on both shoes and the material frayed. Some how washing them seems to have voided the warranty yet they are advertised as washable and I’m within the 60 day warranty period. These were the hey dude Wally stretch shoes in beige. Right on the product page it states machine washable. Trying to contact customer support all I could get was please refer to our warranty policy. Obviously something is wrong with the material/stitching on the shoes or else they are not washable as advertised. I won’t be purchasing another pair if they will not stand behind the quality of their shoes and honor their warranty. If washing them voids the warranty don’t advertise as machine washable

Great shoes and customer service!!! Ran in to a small problem they fixed it right away!!! Definately ordering more. We love these shoes!!!

I have been wearing Hey Dudes for about a year and I absolutely love them. I have 7 pair and I have even got other people wearing them. Keep up the great work.

I'm so in love with these shoes! I have so many pairs and I wear them constantly! I work at place that has carpeted concrete and these shoes don't make my feet hurt at all!!

Stylish and comfy! You simply won’t find a better combination out there. These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever found. I have their shoes and boots and they’re all a win!

Hey DudeShoes. I wanted to like them. In fact I DO like them, but the soles wear out REALLY fast. I bought a pair in February of 2021. By April of 2021, the soles were already worn flat in spots. I contacted their warranty department at 41-days of having their shoes after seeing the wear. They took there time getting back to me, and denied my claim because they are outside of the warranty time. THEY WAITED TO GET BACK TO ME. By then it was outside there warranty period. Then when contacted, they left me on hold for over an hour, and told me again, they had to deny my claim because they were outside of the warranty period. This is in the middle of the pandemic, when I'm working from home, barely wearing the shoes, and they wear flat in spots on both feet within 2-months? And their customer care and warranty dept just blow me off. I won't buy them again, and suggest anyone who wants to wear shoes for more than 2-months to avoid them as well.
Update: Love how they 'reply' to these reviews, but don't actually change anything. I have contacted them every way I can. Their website, Facebook, Yelp and here every time they have refused to do anything claiming the wear is 'Normal Wear', but I'm a firm believe that soles of shoes should last longer than 2-months, guess they aren't.

Great shoes, really comfy and looks great! Had a little issue with shipping and they made it better than right. Will purchase again thru their website, excellent selection of styles and sizes.

These are the best shoes ever! So comfy and I love the 2 pairs I currently have. I cannot wait to buy another pair!

Pros: HeyDude shoes are comfortable and lightweight. They have replaced my work shoes and everyday shoes. I have tried many shoes to help with foot pain and these have topped my list.
Cons: The fit is not the same when washed and dried via dryer or boot dryer.
